ET-2400 troubleshooting lines on image

I am getting lines across my images. I have run print head cleaning, and it wasn't fixed. I unplugged it for 30 seconds and did see improvement, but lines still visible. I think I need a print head alignment, but am unable to find a "maintenance" button in preferences, properties... nowhere to be found. I'm trying to start a small business and am disheartened. I contacted Epson yesterday and they said it was the siser easy color DTV (vynil) paper I was using. I contacted Siser, and they said it was the printer. A video I watched said it could be my computer.. I'm stumped!
