I am having an issue where the printer will pull up two or more pieces of paper when I printing in full color on both sides using the borderless option. It is happening when I printing on the back side. A couple of things I have noticed:
1) I notice it will pull the first one or two pages through with no problem and then by the third time it starts pulling two or more pages at the same time.
2) On the page where it pulls more than one it has black smudge mark. (See pic below)
I thought it might have been happening due to not letting the first side have enough time to try. So I let them sit overnight and tried it again with the same problem.
