ET-7750 lines in print

Hi, I have already done the nozzle check and head cleaning and the test page print out looks good. But, when I go to print it's fine except for one spot with 2 lines through it. I'm attaching a picture to see what I mean. Any ideas on how to get rid of them? Should I do the nozzle/head again? Thanks for any help - this is driving me crazy!!!
