hello everyone.
friends, there is a kyocera FS-C8520MFP model copier in our office. We are using this printer as Network printer/scanner. In order to prevent anyone from accessing it, I turned the MAC address blocking on from the printer interface section. For testing purposes, I wrote the MAC address of my own computer in the allowed MAC addresses section. After that my problem started. Currently, when I type the printer's ip address, I cannot enter the printer interface and no computer allows it. I went to the service settings section and did a factory reset, but there was no solution.
How can I enter the printer/scanner interface by typing the ip address again? is there a solution? Thanks in advance.
