Help CLX*3160FN all-in-one laser printer

It shows this "transfer belt error". Please help!

This is new to me so if you will just make a suggestion, I thank you.

Will I need to put the printer number in here as well. SAMSUNG CLX-3160fn

Will I need a service repair or is there something I can do.

I have this exact same printer, but a different problem.

The printer had been working just fine. Then I carried it to another office. Set it up and tried to print something. The printer feeds a sheet, doesn't print anything on it, makes a loud buzzing noise, and repeats.

Any ideas what might have happened in the process of carrying it down the hall!? I'd hate to lose this printer...
