I have bought a second hand printer and can't connect it to my laptop. I have downloaded the driver from the Ricoh site that is meant to autoconnect to the printer. We have tried with 3 different laptops many, many times and can't get it to connect. At one point one of the laptops said it was connected as a bluetooth device, but we couldn't print via that as it didn't come up under our printer options.
I have also looked everywhere to see if I can buy a copy of the original software CD, but can't find it.
Has anyone got any tips or pointers? I would be very, very grateful.
