I am trying to stop my Brother QL-820NWBc from auto-cutting my barcode labels after every single one! These are printed from a 3rd party app in Shopify (Easyscan) and not from their P-Touch Editor. The label itself prints perfectly. I am using a roll of die-cut DK-11209 labels....I have turned Auto-Cut off on the printer itself but this doesn't work. I think it has something to do with the fact that the app produces each label as a "pdf", so it sees each label as a separate page. It was never an issue with our old Zebra. Surely you should be able to override this by turning the auto-cut off. It's driving me insane as sometimes I have 200 barcode labels to print. HELP!

I haven't owned my QL for long enough to give a definitive answer but i think the auto-cut option is in a few different places on your computer, may be an idea to see if one is left checked somewhere? just throwing the idea out there but i'm sure someone with more experience will come along.
