HP 2575 need to replace ribbon behind ink cartridges

This ribbon has contacts that mate with the contacts on the ink cartridges On my printer it seems the contacts on the cable have gone bad Problem is I don't know the name of the part or the part number, where I would get it, how much it would cost i tried searching for the service manual on google but only found spam links
