HP 3632 refilled black saturates 10pt cardstock(219lb/80gs/m2) but not 12pt. Color no problems

ONLY the black cartridge has problems with 10pt cardstock, which is 219lb or 80gs/m2. Is this a defective cartridge or erroneous behavior on part of the printer?

Mod: please delete my last created thread. I couldn't find options to edit and it's a messier version of this one. Thx
