HP 4250dtn firmware "RFU LOAD ERROR"

Can any help with the issue below.

Issue: HP 4250 DTN display was RFU LOAD ERROR DOWNLOAD FILE NOW from Parallel cable. I installed the firm ware with the HP easy kit utility with parallel cable connected. I was unable to FTP the driver. After the firmware update was completed, the printer display is completely off. I tried rebooting and no lights turn ON the display.

Any suggestions.
