Xc9235 900.00 Firmware error

Hi,
I ask if anyone has got the error above. For I have already installed latest firmware and the error keeps comming.
It is aleatóry acording to users. ONCE i saw ocurring when the user put pin to select the file and gave the order to print.
Any help is welcome,
