I have replaced my HP 6830 Cartridges. All colours are recognised and status of cartridges are all now full. However, the Cyan is not printing. I tried various things to get it working, they all failed. Now Magenta is not printing either. Can anyone please help or has anyone else had similar problems?
Steps tried so far: Re-installing cartridges. Printer Clean, multiple times. Removing cartridges, switching off, unplugging mains cable for 5 mins then reversing these steps (as directed by HP website).
