I downloaded the installation file from the HP site and it installed without error, but in Control Panel/Devices and Printers, it says driver unavailable. What to do?

It works much better when the printer is connected by USB. Then if you run the HP installer again, it gives you an option to convert a USB printer to a wireless printer.
