HP C4795 Issues with control panel and set up

Hello Everyone,


I'm setting up an old C4795 that was gifted to me by a family member to use for my online business to print labels. I have some electronic repair experience and troubleshooting experience but I will admit very little about printers which lead me here. So the issue I'm having is that the Control Panel is stuck loading. See pictures.

I have tried

• Restarting the printer
• Disconnecting powercord
• Contacting HP (Charge for help)
• Reading the manual

Any resourced or tips would be greatly appreciated.
