Hello all.. I have a printer here, HP LaserJet 4250Dtn.. Been getting the above errors when printing anything of volume from the 1500 page Tray 5. I recently replaced the solenoid in the main unit with a brand new one, and tray 2-4 seem to be functioning just fine. When i run the paper path test no issues, or "hiuccups". When i try from Tray 5, it gets 3-4 pages thru and goes to service error.

I just replaced the tray 5 with a brand new HP Tray, new in box. It's doing the same thing.

I have updated the printer FW, reset to defaults.. I can not figure out what is going on with this thing. I have another 4250dtn that i may swap out with it to see if it works properly, but i don't understand how could this be. Any thoughts? Here is the event log...

Just an update, I also replaced trays 3 and 4.. Checked all paper size settings.. Even changed the main printer unit to a new one, still doing the same thing.. Any insights? Its only jamming from tray 5, the 1500 page unit, which was replaced with a brand new in box 1500 page unit. I don't get it, im at wits end over this one.

Would also like to add, I removed trays 3 and 4 and the tray 5 prints just fine.. This makes so no sense.. Something in the path from tray 5 to the top bin is causing this. The "Jam" occurs (iots not really a jam) leaves a page under the toner and 1/2 way out the top tray. Tray 3 and 4 both print with no issues. Tray 5 alone No issues. Could something be wonky aligned someplace? All trays are locked in, they are immovable, and if they were off one would think there would be some issue with printing from them?
