HP Laserjet Enterprise flow M830z Has error 30.23.03

Good day

I have a problem with an HP Laserjet 830z printer. Its shows error 30.23.03 and everytime i copy the page comes out with thick streaks on it.I have attamepted a firmware upgrade and serviced the printer. I have checked the bulb is functional and the cable from the scanner control board to the inter connect PCA is fine.

Please help. I am not sure what the faulting component is
