HP laserjet pro 200 color: why cyan color does not print after gear train has been disassembled

This laser printer came to our workshop because it made a lot of noise and thundered we decided to take it apart until we got to the large ones that move and rotate the cartridges. then we put the printer back together and when doing print tests the cyan color is very faint we hardly see it we tried with another cartridge and we obtained the same results can help me know why when we disassembled and reassembled the printer we lost the cyan color.
