HP LaserJet Pro M428f

I am using windows 10 64 bit. I can see printer panel over network by entering it's IP in browser. But it shows printer offline in devices and printers! The problem appears and gets resolved on it's own randomly! What can I do about it?

Update- I tried uninstalling all other HP utilities and plugins, been much better but still can't understand the cause of this problem and the solution.

Have you tried install the complete driver suite?
