HP OfficeJet Pro 8500 Wireless doesn't print blue

I have some issues with my HP OfficeJet Pro 8500 Wireless. It doesn't print blue anymore, although the blue cartridge is full. There is no blue color to see in the diagnostic page.

I also checked the ink tubes. All four ink tubes are good and not broken.

I run head cleaning function several times: no improvement.
And print head alignment fails every time, although the condition of both print heads show normal in the diagnostic page.

How can I solve this problem?

Try to run printer alignment(cartridge alignment) from printer properties ..then it will display your printer cartridge is dry or not..
And try to reset cartridge.
