We have a customer whose HP Officejet Pro K8600 stopped printing 11x17.
They print out of AutoCAD and Adobe Acrobat and neither program will print that size. I also tried with a few other programs and basically non of them print to that size. However, it will print a smaller size like 4x6 or 8 1/2 x 11.
I tried 3 different drivers as well as setting up different paper sizes manually.
They claim it just stopped one day and prints 11x17 as 4x6.
Any thoughts on what to look for when troubleshooting?
