Image quality problem

Greetings,

A little about me.
I am an experienced printer break fix technician.
With the problem I have now I am completely stumped.

Printer
Lexmark T640n

The problem.
The image prints with the right side having a vertical white scalloped stripe.
I have attached a photo of the output.

I have also attached a photo of the image drum after a half print.
This is showing that the image is not being developed on the image drum.

Parts replaced so far;

Toner
Charge roller (new)
High Voltage Power Supply (known working)
laser scanner (known working)
system board (new)

Anyone got any suggestions?

Ok. Figured it out.
What are the chances of two scanners with the same problem.
Aggravating.
