I have an imageRUNNER 1023N configured with OFICIO MEXICO ( 8.5" x 13.39") paper size for Casete 1 ( DRawer 1) and Letter size at Manual Feed (Drawer 2)
Printing with configured size ( Oficio Mexico 8.5" x 13.39") from PC ( any Windows Version) prints OK, Letter Paper Setup print OK too.
Printing from OSX Macintosh with OFICIO MEXICO Customized at Paper Setup results with an error that says someting about Change Registered Size.... I need to Turn Off/On to cancel the job to be online again ....
Letter Paper Setup print OK with OSX but not OFICIO MEXICO......
Canon Dealer at Monterrey, Mexico already try to help, but still no printing with that paper size OFICIO MEXICO ( 8.5" x 13.39") from OSX (MAC)
Any idea?
