IP address fault

Hi, my HP 3070a printer is connected to my virgin media hub 5, the printer IP address is 169.254.98.241. I logged into the hub 5 account to change the IP address but don’t understand how to do this. The SSID and MAC information is correct but I need to find the correct IP address
