I have a Kyocera M6630cidn I purchased a couple years ago. Also have a Kyocera m2040. I have always printed envelopes on the M2040 with no problem. I switched to the M6630CIDN and cannot get an envelope to print correctly.
They print rotated, across the short dimension of the envelope, in tiny print. You can see how they look attached.
I attached a screenshot of the settings and a scan of the envelope. I have tried changing orientation, scaling, and anything else that seems to be relevant. They still print fine on the 2040dn, but I have never been able to print them any way but what you see on the 6630.
Any advice on this?
