Kyocera FS-3900DN print problem (maybe drum?)

Hello to everyone.
My Kyocera Fs-3900 DN is giving me a headache. Something is wrong with the print-I have a large straight black line on the top of the paper. Not sure how to fix it. I cleaned the drum, and everything else I was able to open and remove. Please advise me. Thanks!
