Kyocera FS-3920dn password reset

We have a couple of Kyocera FS-3920dn printers which are password protected (Command Centre), but we don't know the password to logon to the webinterface.
Is there any way to reset this password?
We called Kyocera but they tell us it has to be done by a technician.
