I have used the same laser printer for 12 years, and the same card stock (Mohawk Color Copy 90 lb cover). All of a sudden, the prints on cardstock that have cyan in them do not print right. There is a lot of cyan missing from the prints.
I have been trying everything I could think of, for days. Finally, I tried printing on paper, and these prints come out fine. I cannot understand this. I really need to print these images on card stock, as I have a greeting card company and need to restock my stores.
Does anyone have a clue about how this could be happening? I am wondering if Mohawk has changed their card stock, in some way, but I wonder if it's something else that I am missing.
All my settings are correct, as I have checked and double and triple checked them.
I hope I can find the solution. Anyone else ever have this problem? Any ideas?
