Laser printer will not print proper size

My Samsung ML-1630 has a problem printing an object the right width. If I print a 5" square, the output is 5" tall x 5 1/16" wide. The error is always perpendicular to the paper feed direction. That would be the horizontal. I have the latest driver, Win 10 & the print settings are for 100% & not fit to page. I get the same result printing from PDF or CorelDraw x8. I am 87% sure this was not a problem when the printer was new & I have no idea when it started. I have always printed templates for making parts & only recently noticed the problem. Anything in the verticle is spot on, it's just the width that is wrong.
