Letters >= 72 point font print blank

I have a HP m475dw Color Laserjet connected wirelessly. This problem has just started, I am wondering if it's a bad latest firmware change (on e came late last month ) - if I print a document of all letters > = 72 point, the page prints blank! I have reinstalled the latest drivers from hp on my workstation, I have tried from multiple laptops, I have tried from Word and Notepad, I even re-flashed the latest firmware. Does anyone have an idea?
