Looking for a new printer that allows refills with ink

I have a 30 year old Epson and it has an ink catridge reset chip, so I've been able to refill with ink for a very long time. Years, in fact. I'm on such a limited income, so I really need a new printer that allows for ink refills. The Epson I have is no longer working because the print head has finally died. Getting a new print head is not an option. I can't afford to buy new cartridges in any regular capacity. I would like a new printer to have wireless and ethernet availability, and it has to work with a very old MacBook and older Windows OS. I don't mind investing a couple hundred bucks to buy it, as long as I have the ability to refill with ink and possibly purchase an ink cartridge resetter as well. Please help with any info. This research is driving me crazy. I've been looking for weeks..
