This is a Brother MFC-496CW. I have had this printer for years. Out of nowhere it will not print. It is connected to the network via wifi, though I connected it directly to PC with the same issue. I can ping it fine. The LCD screen lights up when I send a print job, but thats it (no "Receiving Data" message). I have reinstalled the drivers, reset the printer, restarted the router. Tried windows troubleshooting and it just states there is an unknown connectivity issue.
