Trying to print hi-res images e.g. 2650x1750 png image I get top and bottom print out and wide swath of blank in between. Prints lower-res images normally. Prints OK in copy mode; have tried uninstall / reinstall software, reset to factory settings, unplugged for several minutes. Same problem using either wi-fi or usb connection. No error messages on machine. Acts like it's printing normally but leaves a blank swath - the larger the file, the wider the blank swath. I'm guessing it's a memory issue.
Does anybody know of a memory test for this machine? Can Brother tech support do remote diagnostics?
Attaching a scan of a failed printout.

You can see how much memory is being used by your system in Task Manager (Ctrl Alt Del), have you tried converting the file to PSD or pdf?
