I have been using the Brother MFC-J6930DW for about 6 months without a problem. The other day I wanted to print on A3 glossy paper, but when I tried to change the paper type on tray to to glossy, there is no option to do it, either from the printer menu or the web interface (see attachedimages) . It will only print to plain paper. Does anyone know if there is a setting I need to change or if it is a bug/problem with the printer?

I had a similar machine like yours. But my printer menu, when i put in a3 size paper, there is a paper type menu appear. You may want to check with BROTHER. Otherwise, you try change your settings via Printing preferences/option while printing the artwork.
