MFC-L8900CDW PRINTING ALL BUT ONE COLOR

I have tried changing the toners into other color spots on the printer and the toner does print so i know it is working properly. I'm wondering if its possible to have a faulty internal part on the printer itself that just does not spin the toner cartridge and transfer the color onto the paper. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Help I have my Et 8550 sublimation printer I need help with error 031006. I cleaned the print head as it had three colors clogged and now I have a blue screen and this error. How or where to fix this???
