Minolta Magicolor 1600W - Envelope print issues

I am attempting to print on #10 Business envelopes. No matter which settings I try, it will only print about half of the address on the right edge of the envelope.

Everything else gets completely cut off. I am currently trying to print an envelope created in OpenOffice.

Any ideas on how to set this up correctly?
