Missing black lines

Hello!
I bought brand new printer Epson L1250 EcoTank, I run nozzle test and Cyan, Magenta, Yellow were printed perfect, but Black is missing lines. I ran at least 10 head cleanings - still the same. Ran Power Clean - also the same. Also make manual cleaniing with a solution - also nothing better. And everytime I print nozzle check, everytime the same lines are missing.
