My mono laser printer has only 2500 printed pages and 4 years of use. The current toner is quite new and is the second toner used in this printer.
It started to not fully print in black what is to print. What best describes the problem happens when printing a line of text, the width of the page, followed down the page by a solid gray rectangle.
The problem is that inside the rectangle supposed to be solid gray, the line of text appears IN WHITE. Also, this white line of text is repeated at regular interval of space, down the page, on the gray rectangle.
I would like to understand what kind of problem generates this kind of printing defect.
Thanks!
