MP 2554 lower 3rd of page printing blank or very light

I performed a PCDU rebuild on this machine. I replaced the OPC, Charge Roller, Charge cleaning roller, developer, transfer roller, filters and seals. I reset all the 3701 counters for replaced parts. I can't remember every single item included in the PM kit, but I replaced all parts in the kit. I printed the counter sheet and quality was good. 4 days later, the bottom 1/3rd of the prints are very faded. The only thing I am not sure in the PM kit is that the charge cleaning roller has a red stripe Does it matter where the red stripe goes, (is it biased? black, or white end?)? Other than that I am stuck trying to figure out what is going on.

I removed the scanner and cleaned the glass shield, but that did not help. What am I missing?
