Hi all!
I'm trying to install the optional lower paper trays on our Brother MFC-5900 on several Windows 10 devices. I have done so successfully with my Windows 8.1 following the instructions on the Brother website (as seen here: https://support.brother.com/g/b/faq...hll9200cdwt_us_eu&faqid=faq00000095_032&pfs=1).
However, these instructions aren't actually accurate to a windows 10 device, it appears. In printer properties and installable options there are no options to add lower paper trays on any of the Windows 10 computers.
Descriptions from other sites aren't working either, I'm finding that the lower paper tray just does not appear in the installable options, as it should. I have already installed the brother software for this printer on all the computers I am working with.
If anybody has any suggestions that would be greatly appreciated!
