hello

i have this printer and i try to make firmware update with this file LW41.PR.P454.pir2Lgr.FDN.PIR.E511.pirXXgre.fls

after than the printer does not working again.

They didn't open any lights front only i see light at the right corner on motherboard i think.

Do you have any idea?

Looks like you may need to contact Lexmark Tech support when it comes to firmware update and you have encountered errors.

sounds like you got a copy of the wrong firmware. though i havent looked at that exact machine for that exact firmware. i agree with john best bet is contact lexmark support.
