Hi,
I have Canon Pixma mx-350, which has given good service, however last couple of days it is displaying an error message in regard to a paper jam in the output tray, that I cannot seem to resolve.
I have contacted canon, they have no other advise other than to send me to link on their site regarding jams which does not relate to the issue or send me to a printer service company.
The actual message states "error ..paper output slot. the paper is jammed, clear the paper and press ok'.
The paper roller/advancer (?) works hard before showing this error.
I have opened the printer up to review, changed the paper in the feeder and tried a couple of other things...
There are no paper jams anywhere, that I can detect.
I cannot do test prints or printer head checks either, as this error appears each time the printer starts.
Does anyone know a way to address this, or is there a reset process/button somewhere?
Look forward to any advise, further clarification or ?
thanks
