Need help in choosing Plotter

Hello Guys,
I am planning to enter the printing business (Printing Laptop skins and Mobile Skins)

Can you please suggest me a Printer/Plotter for start ?
My budget is ~3 lacs INR and I need a starter model which can print ~25-40 skins a day.

Hoping for some expirienced help :)
