Hi
I have a brand new Canon G650. Everthing it prints is blurred.
I have performed every option in the maintenance menu ; cleaning; deep cleaning; head alignment, etc, but no change to to the output.
The optical strip looks clean, but I have wiped it with a damp Q tip on both sides.
Printing a thin-line A4 grid only looks good at the extreme edges (any way to post pictures here?). As the grid moves closer to the centre of the page, each single vertical line "fattens" before splitting into two distinct lines.
I have just now printed the test pattern for manual head adjustment and in many places it is not possible to choose a "best block", as none of the printed patterns forms a solid block. Every one on some of the columns is just a series of lines.
Any ideas, before I do battle with the retailer for a replacement.
Thank you
