Not printing in color

Using a epson et2720. I've printed in color before and after the last major Windows 10 update in March I can no longer print in color. Via Epson another update to fix some printing problems from Microsoft that fix has also been installed with negative results.
I no longer have an option button on the print page to print in color.
HELP
