We have an Oki MC563dn MFP that has started showing the error 'A carriage error has occurred. Carriage error <02>' after a pupil thumped it. We have restarted the printer multiple times but the error keeps returning. I cannot see any external physical damage to the printer. Anyone have any ideas on anything we can try that may resolve this issue?
