Lines on OKI C8800

I’m getting these blue vertical strips on the paper. It started with yellow and magenta blotches that disappeared after I replaced both yellow and magenta drums. Now these blue strips at the top and very pale black strips at the bottom have appeared. Is this a drum problem or something else.
