Old printer problem? Printer colors shifting over time

We have an Epson Stylus Pro 4900 purchased for our student lab in 2013. It sees moderate use and has not been abused.

Over the past year there has been a progressive and noticeable color shift toward orange in all prints on every paper--both Epson and 3rd party papers.

What are the likely causes and fixes? Is it time to start shopping for a new printer?

Do you use Epson OEM cartridges?
Dont use compatible cartridges.
Old ink and Ink clogs can also be culprit
