Hello all, i have searched on the net about how resolve problem with my printer. There is a notification "out put tray is closed" insted my printer is ok and the tray always open.
It probably mean the little tab that flicks the switch isn't reaching high enough. If you look beside the hinge on the right side there's a gap and if you put a small piece of card or something like that there it will push the switch, this should solve the problem.
