Can anyone help me please?
I have a Canon Pixma IX6850
I use it to print edible icing sheets, and that's all I've used it for since purchasing it 6 months ago.
Today, it won't pull the icing sheet through. It pulls it half way in, and then stops.
It pulls normal paper and prints on that fine.
I have tried doing roller and bottom plate cleaning several times, but still not working.
Can anyone help me please?
