In the past 2 weeks, when printing custom packets and using Creo with a KM 2250, we've been randomly encountering the following error on printed pages:
[PDF to PS Conversion Error: ]"The file is damaged and could not be reparied."
Generally after/around the printed error page, a number of pages go missing, sometimes a significant number of pages go unprinted.
Interesting thing is, we're not sending PDFs to the Creo
Somethings that have been done:
Creo server has been rebuilt, drives have been replaced and more memory has been added.
